The facts and the theories about Russian slang history

Writings on birch bark, ancient Russia
However we living in 21-century (most of us, of course), have high-end technology and in few days will start to conquer to galaxy, historians still don't have common version about the birth of the most popular words in Russian slang.
But they have few theories:
First examples of using slang found in writings on birch bark 12 century. None of people I know didn't read it yet, so we don't know what words were used and how.
1. Ancient Slavs - some word's roots as "eb" or "kurva" existing in all Slavic languages: Serbian, Croatian, Hungarian. Obviously, those ancient guys should use some slang anyway!
2. Mongols - brave and cruel Mongols, always on their small steppe horses should use effective filthy language. After conquering the Russia locals adopt it. However, after founding the old birch barks this version became unfounded, but some people still believe in it.
3. Few others

Chinese hieroglyph "Huy"
Similar but more cosmopolitan versions are:
from Finno-ugrians,
India,
ancient Greece
, China (look hieroglyph on the right),
Aramaic...
- all of that nations has same words, however mostly they had to use in a "usual", not slang meaning.
Ex. חויא, Huya - snake on Aramaic, hieroglyph "Huy" has many different meanings in China, but none of it connected to the penis.
4. About separate "huy" - its appears only in 18 century. Before people used word "ud". Another story telling us about pharmacies and the Latin "hoc", what means "that" or "this". So, to avoid swearwords pharmacists, desperately trying to help, telling "huiuc" and "huic", what grateful people then shortens to our favorite "huy".

Now, when are rebirth of national spirit and culture in Russia, its critically important to find the first person, who sent his (her) neighbor nakhuy. Some thinkers consider that its the place in time of country, where the root of evil starts to grown (however its sounds as rough analogy to the Serpent), others just curious. But even the most prominent historians and archaeologists cant' tell us that and just softly dropping hints to go v pizdu with that type of questions.
